Who is responsible

Data we collect

Through the guestbook we collect: your name, your business name, your email address or WhatsApp number, and the message you leave. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your number and whatever you share in that conversation.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data or financial information. Please don't include it in your message.

Purposes

We use your data to: reply to your message; understand your project and prepare a proposal or quote; and follow up on the conversation you started.

These are the only purposes. We don't use your data for advertising, we don't sell it, and we don't share it for third parties' commercial purposes.

Processors and transfers

To run this site we rely on providers that process data on our behalf and only to provide their service: Vercel Inc. (site hosting and anonymous analytics) and Resend (delivering the email with your message), both in the United States. If you use WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.

We make no transfers of your data that require your consent. We would only share it with authorities when a law or a competent order requires it.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the conversation or working relationship lasts, and afterwards for [TODO: period, e.g. 12 months] or as long as applicable legal or tax obligations require. Then we delete it.

ARCO rights

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your data, or to object to its processing (ARCO rights). To exercise them, email [TODO: privacy email] with: your name, a way to reply to you, an ID or other proof of identity, and a clear description of your request.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure visits and performance in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you.

If this notice changes, we will publish the updated version on this page, with its last-updated date.
